Guesthouse Sale was founded in 2007 because the increased need for specialty advice regarding the selling and buying of hospitality properties and businesses.  There was a demand for the specialist service in hospitality property sales.  The specialty service was sadly lacking in the real estate industry.

We are passionate about having the right listing for our clients.  To the best of our ability, we try to offer the correct advise.  We cover most areas in South Africa although we do not have agents in each area.  We arrange any viewings with the sellers who are happy to show potential qualified buyers around their establishments.
